10-20-30 is the app that will help you exercise with 10-20-30 intervals (sometimes called 30-20-10 intervals), the proven interval training method! Wether you prefer running, biking, skating or anything else.
10-20-30 intervals means you spend 30 seconds at an easy effort, 20 seconds at moderate effort and 10 seconds at your maximum effort level. In a study from University of Copenhagen this was shown to improve the performance of test participants, even though the time they spent exercising was reduced.
This app will let you set up a suitable number of repetitions and sets and then help you by giving visual and audio cues when it is time to switch between effort levels.
